Please forgive me for the ugly background, I was too overjoyed when I unmolded it. I even shouted for my mom to have a look on it. LoL...My previous attempts on chiffon cakes failed big time, all sank like the Titanic or lopsided even when they were still in the oven. Anyway, there is still room for improvements for this one, its texture is a bit damp....but hey, it still looks and tastes like a chiffon!! =P
