Don't need to predict. But always think the other way of what a normal human can think of.
Basically, here is the rule .. cannot never expect there is no jam. What is unpredictable is why out of sudden the road run so smoothly !!!
Don't need to worry anymore, use public transport as from 5 June onward the fuel price will be increased by 40% of RM1.92 per liter... Stim boh??
